Just had my first visit to Pacific Dental Group with Dr. Chu, DMD as a new patient. I came with a broken back tooth I knew would need a crown and for a deep clean. The good doctor runs a real fine practice with large clean and modern waiting room and excellent staff. From the start Alexis was there with any help needed with the digital onboarding which took less than ten minutes at home. Once there photos and x-rays were a breeze with the expert staff using what looks like state of the art gear. Dr. Chu was friendly and precise, putting the plan together and explaining everything in detail before the work started. Dr. Chu did most of the temp crown prep work and then his expert technicians took over for the installation and deep clean. Each of the staff who worked on me was thorough and friendly and accommodating, could not have been a better visit. Pricing was clear and competitive (I came with a MetLife plan through the VA) and the follow-on appointments for the root canal and permanent crown were quickly made for me on my way out. Thank you Dr. Chu & Staff for everything! I got a real good feeling from you all.
